Holly & Fir ("we") respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect when you use this website and place an order, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Order details - your name, delivery address, email, phone number and what you ordered, so we can deliver your tree and contact you about your order.
• Payment - handled entirely by Stripe. Your card details never touch our servers; see Stripe's privacy policy for how they process payments.

What we use it for

Fulfilling your order, confirming delivery days, arranging January collection if you booked it, and answering your messages. If you opt in to season reminders we'll email you when orders open - you can unsubscribe at any time.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with anyone except the services needed to run the shop (Stripe for payments, our email provider for order confirmations).

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@hollyandfir.co.uk and we'll sort it.
