Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to orders placed with Holly & Fir (The Bandstand, The Spires Shopping Centre, Stapylton Road, Barnet EN5 4QT). By placing an order you agree to them. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.

Orders & payment

Orders are placed through our website and paid in full at checkout via Stripe. You will receive email confirmation of your order and, closer to the time, of your delivery day or collection arrangements. Pre-orders are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis by size and variety.

Natural products

Christmas trees are natural products: each one is unique and may vary in exact height, width, colour and shape. Sizes are sold in ranges (e.g. "6ft" covers trees of approximately 175–195cm). We hand-grade every tree and only sell trees we'd put in our own homes.

Delivery

Delivery is available to the postcode districts listed on our delivery page, on your chosen delivery date between 23rd November 2026 and 20th December 2026. We'll confirm in advance by email. If nobody is home we will follow any safe-place instructions provided, or rearrange.

Collection

Collection orders can be picked up from our pitch at The Bandstand, The Spires Shopping Centre, Stapylton Road, Barnet EN5 4QT, during opening hours (9am – 7pm, seven days a week).

January collection & recycling

Where purchased, tree collection takes place during the first two weeks of January 2027. Trees must be free of all decorations, lights and stands (unless the stand was hired from us).

Cancellations & refunds

See our refund policy. In short: cancel any time before dispatch for a full refund, and tell us within 48 hours of delivery if something isn't right.
